Administration and Finance Assistant (AFA) to complement its OFA Department

The duties of this position include:

-       Assistance in execution of financial operations, mainly related to entry of data, checking for correctness of entries and collection of supporting documents.

-       Assistance in execution of administrative and operational tasks, including maintenance of registers, communication with local administration, and office / secretarial tasks.

-       Assistance in organisation of events, minute taking and general logistical support as required.


Interested candidates need to be dynamic, open, hard-working and committed persons, who have the following characteristics:

-       bachelor degree in finance, economics, business administration or relevant work experience substituting for university level education,

-       strong computer literacy including word and data processing tools;

-       at least 2 (two) years of professional experience in finance, office administration, project coordination or similar;

-       advanced skills in written and spoken English,

-       good judgement in balancing the need to follow orders and take initiatives,

-       well organised, tidy and trustworthy person, methodical in their approach to the office environment;

-       openness and willingness to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
