The duties of this position include:

  • Assistance in regional operations through maintenance of the operational budget and assistance in implementation of regional programmes; 
  • Assistance in daily administration of the organisation through maintenance of filing system, inventory, office management and contracting; 
  • Assistance in organisation of events, minute taking and general logistical support as required

Interested candidates need to be dynamic, open, hard-working and committed persons, who posses the following characteristics: 

  • Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business, public administration or similar; - strong computer literacy including word and data processing tools;
  • At least 3 (three) years of professional experience in finance and administration, experience in implementation of programmes is an asset; 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, 
  • Good judgement in balancing the need to follow orders and take initiatives, 
  • Well organised, tidy and trustworthy person, methodical in their approach to the office environment; 
  • Openness and willingness to learn and improve knowledge and skills. 

The vacancy is open to citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, but also to foreigners living in the country or willing to resettle.

The interviews wit the short-listed candidates will be held in the period 25-27 February 2015. The selected candidate should start work as soon as possible.
